Sowah is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants – Ghana. He pursued B.Ed. Social Sciences (Accounting option) – University of Cape Coast, Cape Coast. Currently, he is a practising accountant at Pure 2A and Associates, a firm of Chartered Accountants and Tax Consultants providing audit and advisory services to clients. He has worked with Thonket company limited; a key distributor of Nestle Ghana limited as an accountant. He has also worked with KDA Accounting Services as an Audit Assistant. He was an audit supervisor of Fit Consult and had offered quality and assurance services, accounting services to different industries including hospital, Fast-Moving Consumer goods industries, Retail & Wholesale, Manufacturing, Microfinance, Donor-funded projects in Ghana, etc. He has experience in advisory services such as review and recommendation of internal controls, policy and procedure manual development, Financial Statements review and analysis; He has experience in Corporate Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Personal Income Tax computations; He has knowledge in conducting Tax Health Check for clients and has knowledge in the use of PCAS (audit software), accounting software such as Tally software and QuickBooks.
