Gideon Mensah Yawson is a full member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants – Ghana, an associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation – Ghana, and also holds Bsc. Business Administration and HND Accounting with Computing Certificates (All with First Class Honors) from KNUST and Kumasi Technical University respectively. Gideon has two (2) years of banking experience in the field of business development, customer service experience, and advisory with Calbank PLC. Gideon is currently a practicing Accountant with Pure 2A & Associate, a firm of Chartered Accountants and Tax Consultants providing audit and advisory services to clients. Gideon’s four (4) years of accounting practice experience with Pure 2A spans from financial and tax audit/review, internal control assessment and recommendation, and tax advisory in various industries including Retail and Wholesale, NGOs, Manufacturing, Micro-Credit and Credit Unions, Hospitals, and Education. Gideon is technologically savvy in the areas of accounting software, banking software, and Microsoft packages. With over 8 years of experience in auditing, taxation, and advisory services, Gideon Mensah Yawson brings a unique blend of analytical skills, attention to detail, and a professionally skeptical mindset.
